Terms and Conditions for Ed Exxel Asia

Welcome to www.edexxel.com (the “Site”), operated by Ed Exxel Asia (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Ed Exxel Asia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and our services.

Ed Exxel Asia provides a range of educational consultancy services, including but not limited to:
- Foreign teacher recruitment for schools in Thailand.
- Strategic education and curricular consulting.
- Organization and development of learning camps (English, sports, and other subjects).
- Provision of tutorial services in Bangkok and nearby areas.
- Facilitation of international internship programs for students in Thailand and abroad, particularly within the hospitality sector.
- Teacher training and coaching services.
The specific terms and conditions for each service, including fees (if applicable), scope of work, and responsibilities, will be detailed in separate service agreements or proposals entered into between Ed Exxel Asia and the respective client (e.g., schools, universities, host companies, students). These Terms shall apply generally to your use of the Site and any preliminary interactions regarding our Service.
3. User Obligations
By using our Site and Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested.
- Use the Site and Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, they agree to first attempt resolution through mediation in Bangkok, Thailand, before resorting to litigation.
